SCHI was founded in 2016 by Dr. Zahra Figueredo as a result of her passion in offering Personalized Advanced Regenerative Medicine treatments by uniquely and creatively combining cutting-edge biomedical science and technologies with the best of nature to provide the most comprehensive and effective approach to HEALING. This, in turn, stimulates and taps into the body’s innate capacity to heal itself — a philosophy by which she and all of us at SCHI adhere to without compromise.
Dr. Figueredo has always sought to make these unique treatments available to patients who have otherwise run out of treatment options for their ailments through traditional medicine or who make it a personal choice to seek non-traditional medical alternatives. We address healing the body as whole and not simply operate in disease and symptom management.
As the founding member, the Research & Technical Director and Head of Innovation at SCHI, Dr. Figueredo serves in an Advisory role in all Stem Cell Research, Clinical Applications, Physician Training and Empirical Experience initiatives at the institute.
In her Advisory role and for the benefit of all past, current and prospective patients at SCHI, she remains focused in these key areas: Research, Innovation and the Transfer of Knowledge to a trusted and qualified network of physicians from different specialties involved in the extraction (harvest), processing (isolation, differentiation and expansion) and deployment (application) of Stem Cells in their various modalities.
Through Dr. Zahra’s leadership, SCHI continues to further the advancement of Regenerative Medicine efforts in these areas of focus so that it translates into more options through more specialists while always maintaining the personalized approach to each patient with their respective conditions. Every patient is different due to medical history, beliefs and lifestyle; therefore every case is different. SCHI’s personalized protocols are the key to each patient’s outcome.
SCHI retains its tenet of a complementary comprehensive approach to healing, backed by the best of science, nature, and empirical experience.
Dr. Zahra… never stagnant, always advancing. Her work as a facilitator in fostering education and engagement not only from patients but also from a collaboration of physicians serves as an example on how to further Stem Cell treatment availability through personalized protocols via its specialists’ hub.
